Thank you for shopping with The Daily Crew! We want you to enjoy your digital purchase and have a great experience. Please read this Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Digital Products
All items sold through thedailycrew.shop are digital downloads. Once your payment is completed, you’ll receive immediate access to your files or download links via email or your account dashboard.
Because our products are delivered electronically and cannot be “returned,” all sales are final.
2. No Cancellations or Returns
We do not accept order cancellations, exchanges, or returns after purchase. Once your order is confirmed and the digital files are made available to you, ownership of the product license is considered delivered and complete.
3. Refund Eligibility (Technical Issues Only)
We understand that technical problems can happen. We will gladly help resolve issues related to product access or download errors.
You may be eligible for a refund only if:
You purchased a product but did not receive the download link or email confirmation within a reasonable time; or
The download link provided is broken or inaccessible, and the issue cannot be resolved.

Your order number
The email address used at checkout
A screenshot or short description of the problem
We’ll investigate and respond within 3–5 business days. If a refund is approved, it will be processed through Lemon Squeezy, our payment partner, back to your original payment method.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:
You changed your mind after purchasing
You purchased the wrong product by mistake
You do not have the required software or tools to use the files
You claim non-receipt of the download but our records show successful delivery/access
You attempt to dispute the charge after downloading or accessing the product
Please review all product details carefully before purchasing.
5. Payment Processing by Lemon Squeezy
All payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, Inc., which serves as our Merchant of Record. Lemon Squeezy handles all billing, payment security, and applicable taxes (such as VAT or GST).
